Cooperation on logistics and trade to continue between Wismar University of Applied Sciences and bremenports
Wismar University of Applied Sciences has offered a course of studies entitled “International Logistics and Trade” in cooperation with the port management company bremenports since winter semester 2020/21. The course equips the students to analyse global changes and derive appropriate recommendations for action for their own companies and leads to the universally recognised degree “Master of Business Administration (MBA)”. Following the successful start last year, a new year of students will be admitted in autumn for the 2021 winter semester. Would-be students can apply for a place now.
“The current Coronavirus pandemic has shown us that the ability to manage change efficiently can be of crucial importance for business enterprises,” says Robert Howe, Managing Director of bremenports GmbH & Co. KG. “Experienced lecturers ensure that the students are ideally prepared to cope with change processes in the context of logistics and trade.”
The course is aimed at practically-minded students with career experience who wish to embark on the next step in their career. The working language is English and the course has been specifically designed as an online version. bremenports has decades of experience in vocational training and education in the field of maritime logistics which it can now contribute to this new degree course format.
